Member News #5
Early Movers are already capitalizing ...It's only been one week since we officially announced the opening of the doors and several Members were quick out of the gates and have already started to earn US$80 commission on each introduction ... PLUS move (jump) ahead of others in our Rewards program. It's a fact that EARLY MOVERS generally end up achieving greater long term success ... especially in our Rewards program ... and these Members have already seen results! We encourage you to get out and promote Leisure 'n' Wealth ... but more importantly, we encourage you to do so with a clear understanding that whatever you do as an initial marketing foray should be viewed purely on the basis that it is an "inital" step only. As anyone with a strong marketing background will tell you, the key to long term success is that you TEST, TEST, TEST! Therefore, even if you achieve exceptional results from your "initial" marketing attempts, keep thinking of ways to do even better! Every successful direct marketer creates what is called a "control pack" and then tests new formats, different approaches and different channels against this to find a way to achieve even better results - and establish a NEW "control pack" against which further tests can be conducted. This process never stops because the market changes and you need to respond accordingly. We encourage you to think the same with your Leisure 'n' Wealth business. Member FeedbackHere's some Member feedback we've received since the doors opened last week:-
We'll provide more feedback like this as it comes in. Our Spam PolicyWith several Members gearing up to mail some very significant lists in the coming 2 weeks, we just want to remind you of the importance of applying best practice principles to any email marketing yo undertake. It's important to familiarize yourself with Can Spam Act of 2003. The best overview we've found is at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CAN-SPAM_Act_of_2003 Here's a couple of things to keep in mind: 1.) Don't waste your time - or money - on lists supplied on a CD for pennies. The lists are not legitimate in nearly all cases - and definitely not opt-in. They are generally compiled by robots and mail deliverability is dreadful. Any Member who mails these types of lists is damaging their own reputation ... and will be removed from our service! 2.) A true opt-in list is one you own and therefore have managed the opt-in process to ensure full comppliance with Can Spam regulations. These "house lists" always outperform rented lists - because subscribers already know and trust you. 3.) Other true opt-in lists are those owned by newsletter (eZine) publishers which are generally available through paid advertising. Quality newsletter publishers don't rent their lists - they do the mailing on your behalf and you pay an advertising fee. If you are paying a newsletter publisher to mail a promotion on your behalf to their list, ensure the publisher complies with Can Spam regulations. 4.) Be wary of any email list which is available for rental - and is given to you to mail. Fundamentally, any list provided in this format is un-responsive ... which is why the list owner is willing to give you a copy. In some cases, it has probably also been created using dubious processes (i.e. robots) or the list owner has closed down their site. The exception here is the electronic White and Yellow Pages which are compliled through proper processes. 4.) Always ensure there is an opt-out clause on ALL your email promotions and, if you are mailing a compiled list, please comply with all Can Spam requirements. 5.) The Power of 3 - wherever possible, you should include the link to the actual offer 3 times within your email. This keeps reinforcing exactly what people need to do to take action. Industry experts say that you need to mail the same promotion 7 times in quick sccession in order to achieve the best results. In our experience with Affiliates, we have found that those who achieve the best results generally do 3 email campaigns on an offer. Once again, you can only determine what works for you through testing. Please contact us if you are planning any large email promotions and require assistance. Website ChangesWe've been tweaking various pages on the Leisure 'n' Wealth website based on feedback we've been getting. The major changes are a NEW Home Page and Products page. The main link from the Home Page is now pointing to the Free Member program ... as the very first step in the education process - PLUS for you to build your downline - is to get your referrals signed up as Free Members. This Free Member Area reinforces that Leisure 'n' Wealth is different! It is NOT:- a Travel Club - an Internet Marketing service - an Affiliate program - or a Network Marketing program. Rather, it is all these rolled together - because in today's economic climate, you need to explore as many options as possible in order to generate the returns of the past plus save wherever possible! For experienced Network Marketers, Leisure 'n' Wealth is an opportunity for you to build a business which requires no investment in stock or monthly auto-ship requirements. For experienced Affiliate Marketers, our need to address the referral process for Network Marketers provides you with a system which limits leakage, a major problem with most affiliate offers. The important thing to remember is that anyone you refer to Leisure 'n' Wealth has a choice - in fact many choices ... and that if they choose to act, you get rewarded whether it's a full commission or a 2nd tier commission. So don't hold back - start referring as many people as possible to Leisure 'n' Wealth so your downline grows! Please feel free to send us feedback and any requests for assistance. To your success,
